This is the one day Health and Safety Executive recommended course. We cover all main aspects of first aid. Delegates will receive an official certificate on successful completion. Topics covered can be found in the information sheet here. Make a reservation here.

Up to 12 people. Eighteen hours (3 days). 

From £1200 per group.

The HSE recommend that if you have more than 50 employees you have at least one FAW qualified first aider on site all the time. This course is externally assessed and certificates are awarded to successful candidates. Topics covered can be found in the download section. Following the recommended subjects set by the Department for Education and Ofsted, this course is perfect for those working with children up to year 6.It also sets sixth  formers up for working with younger children and gives a good insight into first aid useful for those thinking of going into medicine.  This CPD validated course covers the recommended elements suggested by the Resuscitation Council (UK). For dentists and doctors, this course refreshes knowledge of Basic Life Support. Including the ABCDE and  emergency medications. Further information is available here.  Make a reservation here.

We can work with your social group, school students, work colleagues or youth clubs to bring first aid knowledge to you, including Duke of Edinburgh Award skills input .
