The HSE recommend that if you have more than 50 employees you have at least one FAW qualified first aider on site all the time. This course is externally assessed and certificates are awarded to successful candidates. Topics covered can be found in the download section. Following the recommended subjects set by the Department for Education and Ofsted, this course is perfect for those working with children up to year 6.It also sets sixth  formers up for working with younger children and gives a good insight into first aid useful for those thinking of going into medicine. We can work with your social group, school students, work colleagues or youth clubs to bring first aid knowledge to you, including Duke of Edinburgh Award skills input .  This course is desgned for those that just want to know how to use a defibrilator. It teached complression only CPR and how to connect an AED. It also covers AED management, owner's responsibilites and  incident management. Make a reservation here.
