Before the Day: Ensure sufficient preparation to set up.
- Familiarise yourself with the content of the course
- The L2R PowerPoint if you intent to us it. (This is being updated presentation rather than a self study PowerPoint in 2026, but can presently serve as teaching notes.)
- Parking and training resources you need
On Arrival
- Confirm course content with main contact
- Check nothing additional is required
- Check break times and house rules
- Check if an participants have special needs
Deliver Course as per Powerpoint
- Check house rules as you go through the first slides
- Ask one participant to complete the registration page, this makes it easier for certificates, but does not replace the hand written sign paper register.
Half Way Through
- Just check with one or two people quietly if they are enjoying the course so far.
At the End of the Day and Evaluation
- Before the group go, ask them to completely the evaluation form. They just use the QR code on their phones.
- Provide handouts and posters, (being updated to 2026 protocols.)
Send Paperwork to Learn2Rescue
- Send a scan or photo of both sides of the register to info@learn2rescue.com
- Send your invoice to the same address.
- If there were any major problems, please let us know as soon as possible.
